Travel to the Stadium

Planning Your Day

Ahead of your visit to the stadium, please ensure you:

  • Check for any travel updates and plan your journey.
  • Bring a form of contactless payment — the stadium is fully cashless.
  • Review the bag policy below before you set off.

Arrive Early

Make the most of your matchday experience by arriving early and staying longer — soak up the atmosphere, grab a bite to eat and enjoy the fan activities in The Dugout. Doors open 60 minutes before kick-off of the first match.

Trains

The nearest station is Kew Bridge, with trains every 15 minutes on weekdays (every 30 minutes after 10pm until the last train). Trains from central London depart from Waterloo. Please note that Kew Bridge is not step-free.

Brentford station (1 mile from the stadium) is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Chiswick station is on the same line, less than 30 minutes' walk away.

For step-free public transport options, please contact accessibility@brentfordfc.com so we can agree the best option for you.

Tubes

Gunnersbury is the nearest tube station, with both the District line and London Overground. During busy times, access to Gunnersbury may be restricted as it has a small platform — fans may be asked to use an alternative station, particularly on departure, or to wait until crowds have eased.

South Ealing tube station is 1.5 miles from the stadium and is accessible to wheelchair users at certain stations on the network.

Other stations to consider:

  • Kew Gardens — District line and London Overground
  • Chiswick Park — District line south
  • Acton — London Overground
  • Acton Town — District and Piccadilly lines
  • South Ealing — Piccadilly line

Buses

Buses 110, 237, 267 and N9 stop at the stadium. All operate as easy-access services.

The Stadium on Tournament Day

Search Process

Expect a thorough search process on entry — including searches of bags and personal items — as part of keeping the stadium safe. Privacy can be requested for personal searches; just ask a member of staff.

Turnstiles

Turnstiles work like those on the London Underground — tap or scan your ticket and walk through. Stewards are on hand if you need help.

Bag Policy

Only small bags and rucksacks are permitted (maximum 10L, dimensions 34cm × 24cm × 11cm / 13.5 × 9.5 × 4.5 inches). If your bag fits comfortably under a seat without affecting other supporters or blocking access, it will be permitted. All bags are searched on entry.

Large bags and suitcases are not permitted. A bag drop service is available at the Bees Superstore on Lionel Road South (M4 bypass side).

Prams and buggies can only be stored at the bag drop, not inside the stadium. Motability scooters are permitted for fans seated in wheelchair spaces; no other scooter storage is available.

Essential childcare items and health-related medication (inhalers, epi-pens, blood sugar testing kits, etc.) are permitted. Please bring them in the smallest bag possible to keep the search process quick.

For larger items such as crutches, please email accessibility@brentfordfc.com in advance so security can be notified.

Medical cannabis is only permitted with a prior exemption. Please email accessibility@brentfordfc.com to request an exemption and guidance.

All items brought into the stadium may be subject to search.
